Qualifying Examination
NEET requires candidates to have passed/appeared in 10+2 or equivalent with (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotech) and English from recognized boards.
Age Requirement And & Limit
Candidates must be at least 17 by December 31 of the exam year, with no upper age limit pending the Supreme Court's verdict.

Number Of Attempts
Candidates can attempt NEET exams any number of times as per the latest amendments by the authorities.

The questions for NEET entrance exam-2025 will be from Physics(45), Chemistry(45) and Biology(90). 180 questions will be asked for 720 marks. The candidates should mark the answers in an OMR sheet. The exam is conducted in 13 languages.
You can edit only some sections of the application. Viz. birthplace, the medium of the question, choice of NEET exam city, address, academic info and parents’ name.
The earlier directives stipulated uploading a recent passport size photograph with name and date written at the bottom of the photograph. However, the latest instructions regarding the same indicate that name and date at the bottom of the photo is not necessary.
You will receive a confirmation message on the web page, with fee payment details at the bottom, regarding successful completion of the payment.
National Testing Agency (NTA) is the agency authorised to conduct NEET exam.
You must visit the official website of NEET and apply online. The payment for the exam has to be paid through Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit cards or UPI.
Candidates are allowed to take the NEET exams without any restrictions on the number of attempts

The NEET UG exam for 2025 is scheduled to take place on May 5th.
No. NEET exam is conducted offline. The candidates will be provided with OMR sheets for marking the answers.
